Someone asked me recently when our industry was going to start having fun again?

Many of us are having fun – we hate the situation that much of the country is in – but have realized that our role is to improve our skills and guide as many people as possible through this mess.

Many have relearned things they thought they already knew. They have invested the time and resources in consumer-centric training and technology strategies. Many participate in coaching programs to stay focused under challenged market conditions and to insure that they deliver the skill and service that the consumer deserves.
