I keep coming back to this. Redo the absorption rate analysis every 30 days and adjust accordingly.

We have a window here – with lower inventories in most places – to sell existing inventories. Are we providing Sellers with this information? Are they aware of this window we’re in – before the shadow inventory hits next summer? If not, we are not doing our job.
