This industry failed to respond to ‘Zillow’ when it arrived on the scene. Fast forward to today, are we making the same mistake?

Instead of planning for lower commission rates – how about we prepare for a more successful outcome?

Why not address  what Buyers and Sellers have said all along: “don’t know what the agent did to earn their fee”; “never heard from the agent”, “the agent did not do what they said they were going to do”; “didn’t earn their fee” ; ” market knowledge was limited” and on…

Why not address our issues in ways that show our value for our clients  – verifiable and specific? Consistently delivered?
