So with half the year gone, where are you?

The DOJ is like a dog with a bone when it comes to commission disclosures, and they’re not having any of it. How have you prepared? If you’re among the people still concerned mainly with ‘forms’, get over it.  You can’t have a valid form when you are still negotiating the final outcome.

That leaves us with the following:

Can you clearly define your value to your clients?

Can you handle the questions posed from buyers and sellers to their satisfaction?

Do you know how to effectively market your value proposition?

Once you’ve mastered all of that, then concern yourself with forms – when you have a final outcome to these lawsuits.
