Looking back over my recent posts, I feel like a broken record.
The topic on everyone’s mind (I’m speaking real estate here) are the lawsuits and the forms governing our agreements with clients. There seems to be a disconnect with DOJ insisting on no commission disclosure and forms that have already been created and trained. We don’t seem to be getting the message which as far as I can tell is still unfolding as regards the final outcomes of these lawsuits.
Looks to me like the industry has to go back to the drawing board and revise.
In the meantime, align your weaknesses (your mid-year numbers don’t lie) with your training and individually with your coaching. You might actually end up with a great value proposition that will make the forms a moot point.
