We are all in this together – that said, this is infecting/affecting parts of the country differently. In the robust San Francisco market, there is now a ‘shelter in place’ directive. In other markets, a much weaker response.
In any case, get the word out to a concerned public about how you are/can handle their business.
What are/have you done to prepare?
How are you handling showings to better protect people?
What aspects of the transaction process can be handled remotely?
Communicate to people you are on top of this – as best you can be – and responding to their questions/concerns.
It’s called service – and we are a service industry.
