This has to be the most short-sited reason for inaction in the real estate industry’s response to our lawsuit/commission issues. If only that was the obstacle we face. We wish.
So knowing how to fill out a form will answer all the client’s concerns about what we do to earn our fee and how these services/skills are delivered. And what confidence do they have that will in fact will be the case?
How about we approach these issues as a way to finally raise the bar for the industry? What about training focused on specific deliverables? Follow that up with one on one coaching to better ensure that each agent is delivering to their clients? Could even go so far as to guarantee these deliverables and go even further to enforce the guarantees and the consequences for not doing so. We might even stand out.
Or we could hold our breath with fingers crossed until we have the forms in hand. Or maybe AI could fix this for us!
Or not…
