Unreal estate – how do we reinvent ourselves?

What we do everyday is pretty basic – list and sell real estate. Yes, it can be complicated – but don’t lose site of the basics here.

Competition abounds and grows weekly – most of it has to do we reduced fees – less of it to do with upping our game.

On the brokerage level consider rethinking these:

RECRUITING: when interviewing are you positioning yourself/company as the consultancy for the agent’s business? Consider that the commission split they pay you is based on your ability to support and move them forward. What value do you provide and do your metrics back you up?  Do you know? 

TRAINING: your program to develop agents, at whatever level, gets results – actually accomplishes what is intended. Dynamic training for both new and experienced that is relevant, consistent and brings measured results.
