What’s actually changing on the front lines?

I’m seeing ads touting the future value of real estate . I’m reading articles addressing the lawsuits. Will those make the difference we need?

If we want to be paid for the work we do,  we have to do the work. Sure, we may have a few ‘good’ agents that deliver – but from what I’m hearing from clients, even top agents have difficulty clearly defining their value. Not good enough in today ‘s world.

We have always had issues with consistent and even delivery of skill and service and we have not dealt with it. Buyers and Sellers have recognized this fact for years and they have said so – and we haven’t dealt with it. Now that our bottom lines are seriously threatened – whether company or agent – maybe that will cause us to do the work and change.

Define your services for your clients – clearly – and guarantee it. In writing. Signed. Dated. Enforced.

Staring at the articles and full page ads won’t get the job done. Won’t change anything. Especially your bottom line.
